Refunds
We hope you are delighted with your purchase, if however for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to give you a full refund.  Please return your purchase within fourteen days in its original condition.  We are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses, howsoever caused.

In order to receive a refund, the goods must be returned to us unused, and wherever possible in the original packaging, together with your receipt.  We recommend that you retain all of the original packaging until you are sure that you intend to keep the goods.  If the original packaging is not available, you should use packaging that would provide similar protection as returned goods must be received 'as new' and in resaleable condition. Please note postal costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty.  Return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until safely received by us, we strongly recommend that you obtain a proof of posting.
