These terms and conditions (Terms) explain your rights and obligations in relation to this web site located at www.carolinebakercollection.co.uk and any goods purchased through this site. Please read them carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms do not affect these. We may change the terms at any time by posting them on the site. Your continued use of the site after notice of the changes shall mean that you are bound by these new terms. If there is anything you do not understand then please contact us.

Contract
English law is the applicable law. A contract between you and Caroline Baker Collection will only take place once the order has been accepted, processed and items dispatched. When buying goods on the internet the consumer is entering a legally binding contract. Under the UK's distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel the purchase within 7 working days of delivery.

Privacy policy
We are committed to protecting your security and promise to use your data in a responsible manner. You should protect your passwords to avoid unauthorised access. Be sure to sign off if you are using a shared computer. Your access passwords should remain confidential.

Security
Credit card security is provided through Paypal.

Use of the Site
The content of and copyright in the site are owned and licensed by us. You are permitted to view or print individual pages for your own personal use. Any other use must be with our prior written permission.

Purchasing from us
The site and the goods sold though it are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to improve, modify or alter designs without prior notification.

By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing on your details to couriers and other subcontractors).

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have recieved payment in full.

Whilst we try to display good on our site that are held in stock, if the ordered goods are not available we will advise you of this as soon as possible. You will be given the option of ordering an alternative product or receiving a full refund.

All products offered for sale are priced in pounds sterling. Caroline Baker Collection is not VAT registered.

Every effort is made to ensure that product descriptions, colours and measurements are correct. However as all the products are hand made there will be varyiance in colour, size and finish as no two products will be the same. As the products are made from natural materials and dyes slight imperfections will occur and are part of the integrity of the product. We advise keeping away from strong sunlight as they will fade.

Refunds
We hope you are delighted with your purchase, if however for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to give you a full refund. Please return your purchase within fourteen days in its original condition. We are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses, howsoever caused.

In order to receive a refund, the goods must be returned to us unused, and wherever possible in the original packaging, together with your receipt. We recommend that you retain all of the original packaging until you are sure that you intend to keep the goods. If the original packaging is not available, you should use packaging that would provide similar protection as returned goods must be received 'as new' and in resaleable condition. Please note postal costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty. Return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until safely received by us, we strongly recommend that you obtain a proof of posting.

Delivery
Orders are usually despatched within 2-3 working days. at peak times this can be longer.

If an item is not in stock we will notify you and give you the option to cancel your order or choose an alternative item.

Postage and Packing
We can deliver your purchase worldwide.

For the UK mainland postage and packing is £4.95

For other destinations we will provide a quotation for air and sea postage.

If express delivery is required please ask for a cost.

Limitation of Liability
We do not limit our laibility to you for death or personal injury casued by our negligence or fraud.

All reasonable efforts have been made to try to ensure that the information contained within this site is correct and up to date. However we cannot guarantee this is the case and we shall be liable for inacuracies or for your reliance on incorrect or out of date information.
Whilst we will try to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal details, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose on-line and will not be responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence. We do not have any liability to you arising out of your use or inability to use the site. We will not be liable to you for any unforseeable losses.

We will be excused performance or any of our obligation if caused by circumstances beyond out reasonable control of our suppliers, including without limit industrial disputes, war, flood and changes in legislation.

Other infomation of which you need to be aware
Any personal details you provide to us are kept in accordance with our private policy.

This site may contain links to other web sites not under our control. We accept no responsibilty or liablility for the content or availability of those sites.

We may not necessarily keep a copy of these terms and your order. We advise you to print a copy of them for your information in the future.

If any section of the terms are held by a court or other competent authority to be unenforcable then that section shall be considered deleted and not apply but the rest of the terms will.

This agreement between us is personal to us and no other person who is not party to these terms shall be intitled to enforce any term of this agreement under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 (or any analogue laws).

The Terms are the entire terms and conditions between us in relation to your use of this site and any purchase made over this site and no other terms, conditions or representations made by us shall be made or conducted in the English language.

The Terms shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. All dealings, correspondence and contact between us shall be made or conducted in the English language.
